Joint venture setup, operating models, operating philosophy and cash-flow forecasting in CCS and offshore wind, and negotiating AIEN-based joint operating agreements to support JV governance.
Commercial agreements and claims
CCS value-chain agreements (integrated operating and balancing agreements), tendering and negotiating offshore wind O&M and PPA contracts, and managing contractor performance and claims in offshore wind.
Project readiness
Operational readiness, FEED reviews, management system reviews and start-up assurance in CCS.
Performance improvement and turnarounds
Restructuring and turnaround of an offshore wind company, its post-deal integration from joint venture to full Shell ownership, and running oil and gas production offshore and onshore, including operational change programmes: 80 FTE, 40 sites and 2 bcm of gas sales a year, with full P&L accountability.
